Conclusion
This project helped me explore how design can support open communication in the workplace. I learned how to balance simplicity and clarity in user interface design while maintaining a consistent visual language. By focusing on just a few key questions and intuitive rating buttons, I aimed to reduce friction and make giving feedback feel quick and safe. This exercise deepened my understanding of micro interactions and user flow logic, and showed me how even simple tools can contribute to team growth.

Overview
This project was part of a UI/UX challenge to design a simple mobile flow for a feedback-collecting app tailored for small to medium-sized teams. The goal was to allow team members to easily share their thoughts about work satisfaction, communication, trust, and appreciation within the team. I designed a clean, 7-screen flow that encourages honest responses through minimal distractions, easy navigation, and a friendly tone. The flow includes basic user input, Likert-scale feedback, and a simple completion message.
